You will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the 50 residents and its staff first, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. Overview ·We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents. ·You will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans. ·You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating. ·Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential
