The Role

Campbell Grove Talent are working with a well-established and values-driven business based in east Leeds to find an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team. Youll be working for a company that is set for some impressive growth due to future acquisitions on the horizon. Sitting within a supportive finance team, youll take ownership of the purchase ledger function, keeping things running smoothly from PO processing through to supplier payments and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end purchase order and invoice processing Preparing and executing the monthly supplier payment run Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies Performing daily bank reconciliations Monitoring accounts and orders inboxes and responding to supplier queries Supporting audit preparations and ensuring financial compliance About You

Solid experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger Confident with accounting software and Excel Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills A great communicator who can liaise with suppliers and internal teams
