Accounts Payable Assistants Duties
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including posting and matching invoices, resolving discrepancies and uploading details into the system.
You will arrange invoice approvals, liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain rechargeable cost logs while coordinating with the AR team for internal and external recharges.
Responsibilities also include processing staff expenses and company credit cards, handling intercompany recharges and managing weekly and monthly supplier payment runs, including bank setups and remittance advices.
