Oversee all aspects of operational and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with FCA regulations and international standards.
Lead risk management initiatives, ensuring robust compliance and effective fraud prevention strategies.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team , fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Must be a British citizen or permanent resident .
Fintech & EMI: Proven leadership within a transactional fintech environment. Experience with Electronic Money Institutions (EMI) is highly desirable.
High-Risk Environments: Background in sectors such as FX, gaming, or crypto , with a strong understanding of risk, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Strategic leadership and long-term vision.
Strong regulatory expertise ( FCA, AML, KYC ).
Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
Excellent stakeholder management skills ( investors, regulators, partners ).
Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments .
Prior experience as CEO, COO, or other C-level executive in fintech or an EMI-licensed institution.
Proven track record of launching or scaling financial products tailored to high-risk clientele .
Leadership role in a high-growth, innovative fintech company.
