About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be the face of StraightIn for new clients responsible for onboarding, campaign strategy, execution, and ultimately driving performance.

The 3 core pillars of your role are: Your focus will be on three core pillars:

Performance - Campaign results and lead generation
Retention - Building long-term, trusted client relationships
Renewals - Driving client satisfaction and upselling based on success

With our exclusively internal progression structure - this position has been the starting point for all of our operations team (who are in charge of delivering our core lead generation services for our clients) and the beginning of the successful careers of our Head of Operations and team managers!
