Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts within the premium womenswear sector, delivering high levels of service and retention.
Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with premium high-street retailers and fashion brands to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives and enhance brand presence.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Person Specification
Proven experience in account management, ideally within a premium or luxury fashion supplier environment.
Strong existing relationships with high-end brands and retailers.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused.
Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
