Our client is seeking a motivated full-time Account Manager/Account Handler to act as the glue between their clients and their internal creative and production teams. This is not a sales role, your role is to make sure that all work is delivered on time, in accordance with expectations and design briefs and to manage the various components to ensure that happens. You will be responsible for writing briefs too.
It is crucial that you have the ability to foster and maintain long-standing and positive relationships with their clients. As such, you will need to be energetic, personable and a great listener.
Team working is very important to them, and you will work closely with both their design and support teams. You should enjoy working both as part of a team and under your own steam. You must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, be able to multi-task and be well organised. Successfully delivering to their client expectations is essential, so understanding the importance of their clients is vital.
