Our client, a high-end, luxury short lets/property management firm, is seeking an impressive and engaged account manager.

A dynamic, and high-performance office culture, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and polished candidate who has a track record of success in a previous sales role,  and someone with a strong interest or background in either property or interiors. Reporting into the head of account management, this role is key to the growth of the company’s client portfolio as the account managers are tasked with ensuring high retention of existing homeowners and the successful onboarding and integration of new properties/clients as they grow. It’s a rewarding role that offers the chance to build strong relationships with homeowners – many of whom are often HNWIs - and their unique London and European homes. As such, we are looking for someone who’s ambitious, hardworking, and entrepreneurial with a great standard of written English, and a confident and friendly telephone manner. The client offers a competitive salary and performance-based bonus as well as training and personal development, hybrid working (3/2 split) and the opportunity to work from their Paris office. Based SW, they are a sociable team who are committed to training and onboarding properly, and this is a great time to join as they are typically super busy over the summer. A fantastic role for someone with great relationships building skills and strong EQ who enjoys looking at beautiful properties and is happy to work to targets/soft KPIs. £30-33k | 3:2 hybrid split | SW London
