The Results People are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage key industrial clients and deliver high-volume recruitment solutions in Rugby.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: starting from £31,460.80 depending on experience.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow client accounts
Deliver end-to-end recruitment (temp & perm)
Build strong client relationships
Meet KPIs and drive performance

Recruitment experience (industrial/logistics preferred)
