Position: Account Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description:
- Manage accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained relationships, and revenue growth.
- Handle renewals, develop relationships, provide training, and upsell solutions and services.
- Proactively consult with customers, provide renewal and growth quotes, understand their requirements, and process orders properly.
- Track non-renewals, pending, and lost renewals, including reasons for cancellations.
- Support clients and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
- Meet or exceed renewal rate and retention targets.
- Create sales opportunities within existing accounts through strategic planning.
- Understand customer needs and decision-making processes to proactively assess and validate requirements.
- Conduct calls to develop new revenue streams by communicating the value of solutions.
- Understand all product offerings, subscription, and renewal licensing models.
- Implement solution selling to grow profit and maximize margins through value-added, long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to share market intelligence.
- Conduct quarterly virtual business reviews with at least 50% of accounts.
What Are We Looking For?
- Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative.
- Preferred experience in software customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
