£38,000 - £45,000 Per Annum + Bonus

Roles of a Account Manager

• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Developing relationships with engineers and procurement teams
• Identifying new opportunities within current customers
• Increasing share of wallet across key accounts
• Supporting quotation and project activity
• Visiting customers when required
• Working closely with internal engineering and commercial teams
• Maintaining account plans and pipeline visibility

Requirements of an Account Manager

• Must have experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
• Must have account management or customer development experience
• Must be confident communicating with engineers and buyers
• Must understand technical products (e.g. cable assemblies, electronics, mechanical components)
• Must be commercially aware and able to identify growth opportunities
• Must be organised and process-driven
• Must be able to travel to customer sites when required
