and as such the successful candidate must have previous experience working for a supplier managing the next account or have previous apparel buying experience at Next . Based in my clients Leicester office, this role is open to either a part time or full time basis .
Main responsibilities will include: Managing and developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery Identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating on strategies to maximise client satisfaction Monitoring account performance and preparing comprehensive reports to keep clients informed and engaged Addressing client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Person specifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships Apparel experience ladies / men's or Childrenswear Supplier Experience working with Next or Buying experience at Next Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts efficiently Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems independently Demonstrable experience in account management, sales, or customer service Adaptability and resilience to thrive in an ever-changing environment This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.
