This position is ideal for an established and productive professional with a strong background in Account Management/Broking. In the role you will ensure client needs are met and will help prepare, manage, implement and achieve business goals.

You will act as a dedicated contact overseeing all aspects of your client's insurance management, to ensure clients obtain appropriate cover for their risk.

Key Responsibilities: Strengthen effective long-term relationships with key clients. Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery toclients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Work to implement successful account retention and defence strategies to ensurebusiness is retained. Where appropriate, provide support to the client and/or claims teams in dealing with clientclaims. Actively participate in your own personal development and support in the development of other team members.
