The role
Napster is seeking an Account Executive (Europe) to join our growing Enterprise team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role is a key player in driving revenue growth and supporting the expansion of our client base across the region. The ideal candidate is results-driven, excited by emerging technology, and skilled at building relationships with decision-makers and turning prospects into long-term partners.
What you’ll do:
- Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the European market
- Execute sales strategies to grow Napster’s customer base and market share
- Research and qualify prospective clients, industries, and verticals to build a strong sales pipeline
- Use consultative sales techniques to present solutions, influence decision-makers, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling pitch decks and tailored proposals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Track and manage opportunities using a CRM system; report on pipeline, activities, and performance metrics
- Work cross-functionally with the Enterprise team across time zones to ensure successful deal execution
What you’ll bring
- BA/MA Degree and 3–5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role
- Proven success in pipeline development, client engagement, and closing deals
- Experience selling to senior-level stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools; strong data and reporting skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Passion for innovative technologies and digital transformation solutions
- Tech or SAAS industry strongly preferred
We’ll be extra pumped if you have
- Experience and knowledge of the retail, sports and luxury industry
- Passion for immersive technology
- Proven experience in Immersive, Metaverse, AI, VR/AR, or digital transformation solutions.
