Job Description We are collaborating with a highly regarded, independent medical communications agency that is continuing to grow due to new projects and long-term client partnerships. As part of this growth, they are looking to expand their client services team with the addition of an Account Executive and a Junior Account Manager .

Role Overview:
You will support the delivery of scientific and medical communication projects across a diverse portfolio of clients, working on a wide variety of deliverables and gaining experience across different therapeutic areas and account types.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day management of client accounts
Coordinate medical communications projects and timelines
Assist with the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress materials
Support medical affairs deliverables including symposia and educational materials
Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships
Maintain project documentation, status reports and internal updates
Collaborate closely with internal scientific and account teams
