Beaumont is partnering with a global technology organisation to recruit an Account Director.

This is a key hire within their new business team as they continue to expand their services capability across cyber, infrastructure, content services and contact centre/unified comms. The business has invested heavily in modernising its portfolio and is building a sales engine that reflects where the market is heading. We have supported this organisation for a long time and introduced two people into the team earlier this year. The shift in direction, leadership changes and recent cyber launch are creating real momentum inside the UK business. It feels like a team early in its journey while being fully backed by a global brand with the scale, resource and delivery capability to support complex customer requirements. Role Overview: You will focus on new business across mid market and lower enterprise accounts, building pipeline and positioning a broad portfolio of services. This is a solutions led role where you will be opening doors, identifying opportunities and running structured sales cycles with support from technical and delivery specialists. As you establish yourself, you will take ownership of aligned accounts where cross sell and deeper engagement become a natural progression. The division is still developing its footprint which creates strong visibility and genuine opportunity to shape your patch. Portfolio and Remit: New business ownership across mid market and lower enterprise customers Sell across infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, contact centre and content services Build and manage pipeline, qualify opportunities and run complete sales cycles Develop territory plans, identify growth opportunities and engage senior stakeholders Collaborate with technical and service overlays to position complex solutions Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful handover and customer satisfaction Hybrid working is once a week in the office. A new northern office opens in 2026 which will strengthen regional presence. Support and Solutions: You will work alongside specialists across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Contact Centre and Content Services. The organisation has strong global capability, allowing you to take a consultative approach with confidence that solutions can be delivered at scale. This is a business that can genuinely compete in the services space and the portfolio continues to grow. Package: Base salary: £60,000 Car allowance: £6,000 OTE: £100,000 to £120,000 Benefits: pension, private healthcare, development programs and clear progression pathways Key Responsibilities: Build and grow a new business territory across mid market and lower enterprise Generate qualified pipeline and deliver against revenue and GP targets Engage senior stakeholders to understand needs and position solutions effectively Identify and close cross sell opportunities across multiple solution pillars Coordinate proposals, commercials and handover to delivery teams Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and reporting What Success Looks Like: (6-12 Months) Established presence across target accounts and key sectors Strong, qualified pipeline across multiple solutions Consistent delivery against new business and GP expectations Recognised internally as a key contributor within a growing services division Clear progression plan based on performance and commercial output Experience and Skills: Track record in IT or managed services sales in a new business capacity Experience selling services across cloud, cyber, infrastructure or contact centre Strong new business capability and comfort engaging senior stakeholders Ability to navigate multi-solution portfolios and run structured sales processes Commercially aware, data informed and confident negotiating commercial outcomes UK driving licence About the Client: A global technology organisation with one of the widest service and solution portfolios in the market.
