Account Director – B2B Marketing (Client Services)
Location: London (2 days in London office)
Salary: 55-70k depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package

About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Director to join a creative B2B marketing agency working with innovative brands in the technology and digital sectors.
You’ll lead senior client relationships, oversee integrated campaigns and provide strategic and commercial direction across accounts. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity, leadership and delivery, while building strong, trusted partnerships with clients.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll manage teams, guide projects from brief through to delivery, and ensure work consistently meets a high creative and strategic standard.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner
- Oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across brand, creative, digital, ABM and demand generation
- Provide strategic guidance and commercial oversight across accounts
- Manage, mentor and support account teams to deliver high-quality work
- Own project delivery from briefing and scoping through to execution and evaluation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, data and media teams
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and grow existing accounts
- Play an active role in agency culture, bringing energy, positivity and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in client services within a marketing, creative or integrated agency
- Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology or innovation sectors
- Proven ability to lead complex accounts and manage senior stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial, budget and project management experience
- Hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to lead by example
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership
