The Opportunity
As Account Director, you will lead client relationships, oversee strategic communications delivery, and shape the growth of the agency. You’ll drive campaign excellence, mentor account teams, and influence business development initiatives while enjoying hybrid working flexibility and comprehensive career development support.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage high-profile client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery and measurable outcomes
Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns across corporate communications
Mentor and guide account teams, fostering professional growth and campaign excellence
Maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and C-suite executives
Oversee integrated campaign delivery across traditional media, digital channels, and stakeholder engagement
Provide strategic recommendations and insights to inform client communications decisions
Contribute to new business development and agency growth initiatives
Essential Requirements
Proven PR agency experience with strong client management and team leadership
Demonstrable track record of delivering corporate communications campaigns with measurable success
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving
Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in finance, technology, or property sectors highly advantageous
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience supporting business development initiatives
