We're entering our next phase of growth with ambitions to become the global standard for location sourcing. This role will be instrumental in that journey.
About the Role
We're looking for an Account Director with roots in the production world to lead commercial growth across our client base, from established relationships with major brands like Disney, BBC, and ASOS to emerging production companies and creative agencies.
Reporting to the CEO and working alongside heads of department, you'll have the autonomy to define your own scope, set commercial targets, and build the processes to achieve them. You'll be converting our extensive database of production teams into deeper, more engaged partnerships — turning sign‑ups into paying customers and sporadic bookings into retained accounts. You'll also be actively hunting for new business, both within your existing production network and by building fresh relationships beyond it.
This is a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where everyone's voice matters and where the breadth of your responsibility creates immediate impact on our trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by converting warm leads into paying customers and growing existing accounts from sporadic bookings into ongoing retained partnerships
Proactively develop new business within your production network and build relationships with agencies, production companies, and brands
Lead compelling commercial conversations
Own and report on commercial targets with full autonomy
Work closely with the product team, feeding back market insights to inform our roadmap
Build and refine sales processes as we scale
You’ll Have
Production industry experience – whether as a producer, production coordinator, or agency‑side
A proven track record of driving commercial outcomes
A network in production and the confidence to activate it
