Pitch is working in partnership with an exceptionally talented and truly brilliant marketing agency to support with the recruitment of an experienced Account Director to join the team in a fixed term contract position to cover a period of maternity leave, joining the team in February 2026.

They offer an integrated solution for clients across PR, digital, content, design and strategy, working in true partnership with their clients on a long-term basis.

As their brilliant new Account Director, you’ll be:
- Working as a key part of the agency’s client services team, leading on range of high profile B2B accounts, supporting with strategy creation and overseeing delivery.
- Working extremely closely with your clients to understand their vision and values along with their business objectives, helping to shape a marketing plan that takes them to where they want to be.
- Working closely with PR, creative, content and digital teams to come up with awesome campaign ideas to promote the brilliant brands you work with across every channel.
- Have a commercial approach to maximising opportunities within your client accounts, building exceptional relationships and having an in depth understanding of each client.
This agency is looking for a candidate who:
- Is an established Account Director with an integrated background and experience working on B2B client accounts.
- Has agency experience and is used to leading strategy and overseeing delivery for a range of clients.
- Is a real team player, collaborative, communicative and solutions focused.
