Account Broker- Employee Benefits- Leicester- Hybrid Our Employee Benefits team works with businesses of all sizes to design and implement employee benefits that genuinely support their people. We provide a range of solutions, including: Private Medical Insurance Group Income Protection Death-in-Service / Group Life cover Health Cash Plans Health and wellbeing support We also advise on Business Protection, helping safeguard companies if key individuals are unable to work. Our team combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach, ensuring businesses can strengthen their employee offering, enhance engagement, and stand out in a competitive market. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service, providing clear guidance to employees, and supporting clients throughout the year. This is a varied and client-focused role within the Employee Benefits team, combining administrative support with the opportunity to manage and develop your own portfolio of SME clients. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of client accounts, supporting colleagues across the team while also taking ownership of your own clients. The role offers exposure to a broad range of employee benefits products, including Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans, Dental Cover and Group Risk. You will be involved in the full client lifecycle, from onboarding and policy administration through to renewals and ongoing servicing, ensuring clients receive a high standard of support and advice at all times. Key Responsibilities: Team Support & Administration Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider Employee Benefits team Manage client policy administration, including processing membership changes and updates Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on Acturis Assist with preparing documentation and reports for client reviews and renewals Support colleagues with ad hoc tasks to ensure efficient team operations Client Servicing Manage a small portfolio of SME clients, acting as a key point of contact Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests Provide clear guidance on cover, including Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans, Dental Cover and Group Risk benefits Support clients with claims queries and general policy servicing throughout the year Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships Renewals & Market Review Take ownership of the renewal process for assigned clients Conduct market reviews to ensure competitive and suitable recommendations Obtain and analyse insurer quotations for both renewals and new business opportunities Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders and support client communications Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance or expand client benefit packages Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Client Service:

Effective collaboration and support within the Employee Benefits team Essential: Experience within Employee Benefits, insurance, or a similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Experience handling client queries and servicing policies Desirable: Knowledge of Acturis or other benefits administration systems Experience with Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans, Dental Cover, or Group Risk Broking or client advisory experience in SME markets
