About the School or About the Department The Learning and Teaching Enhancement Centre (LTEC) is the University of Salfords hub for advancing excellence and innovation in learning, teaching, and assessment. Acting as a focal point for sharing best practice, LTEC works in partnership with Academic Schools to enhance pedagogic approaches, strengthen programme design, and enable inclusive, high-impact education. With a central role in delivering the Universitys Education Delivery Plan: Realising Inclusive Education for All, LTEC support colleagues to embed inclusive, research-informed, and future-focused teaching practices. Our team of academic developers and learning technologists provide staff development, accredited programmes, bespoke consultancy, and targeted interventions aligned with institutional priorities and local School needs. By championing professional practice and continuous enhancement through our strong cross-university relationships, LTEC helps ensure all students benefit from high-quality learning experiences that support their success and sense of belonging.
