The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Ilkeston area. We are looking for several dedicated 7.5 Tonne Driver (Cat C1 ) to join the team. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am starts Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour PAYE Location: IIkeston, DE7 Job Type:

Ongoing The role: Securely moving and transporting palletised or loose parcels to customers or businesses. Packages will be heavy (up to 80kg weight) Up to 30 drops per day. Drivers will be required to unload and load - trucks will be fitted with tail lift for palletised goods Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork. Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements: Full UK driving licence with C1 entitlement (7.5 Tonne). 12 months experience required Be comfortable with heavy lifting and handballing Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation. Excellent communication skills. A safety-first mindset.
