7.5 TONNE DRIVER People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Coventry, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. WORKING 4 DAYS BETWEEN MONDAY - SATURDAY START TIMES:

06:00 - GUARANTEED 11 HOURS PAY PER DAY Pay rate:

£14.05 per hour Benefits As a 7.5 Tonne Driver you will receive the following benefits: Excellent hourly rates Ongoing work and opportunity to go permanent Weekly pay Site canteen Training provided Immediate starts Employee well-being programme Day to Day Duties Your duties as a 7.5 Tonne Driver will involve but not be limited to: Delivering in a team to stores and homes Operate and drive various 7.5 Tonne vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhere to traffic laws and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed Essential Skills As a 7.5 Tonne Driver you will need to: Hold a valid UK Category C1 Licence Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving C1 vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Desirable Experience Experience driving any commercial vehicles Previous experience with multi drop deliveries Training Driver's Assessment will have to be completed After successful Assessment, there will be a one day paid induction Industry related training and support throughout Contact:
