Job Description:

Urgently seeking a confident self-starter with experience gained in Customer Service within an office environment.

Our software client is seeking a highly organised, strong communicator who has experience of client-focused support, someone with excellent attention to detail and tech-savviness.

The role involves providing support to a small team of Case Managers (handling client software/tech requests), ensuring they have the support needed to manage the process — a pair of helping hands.

The successful candidate will have experience working within Customer/Client Services, following processes, inputting data, liaising with clients professionally over the phone and email. They should have a strong command of English, excellent written skills, be proactive, a fast learner, and a genuine team player.
