Supplier Relationship Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Digital Services & Solutions Procurement function, taking a lead role in delivering Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) support to the UK Digital Excellence team. You'll be part of an international procurement community of around 30 specialists across the UK, France and Italy, covering major spend categories including software (SaaS, Engineering, Manufacturing, Enterprise), hardware, networks, cyber and associated services.
Salary: approx. £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
Working pattern: Hybrid, with around 2 days per week on-site
Security requirements: Applicants must be British citizens or dual nationals including British citizenship. All successful candidates will be required to pass BPSS security checks.

About the Role
The Digital Services & Solutions Procurement function sits within a wider international indirect procurement group of roughly 80 people. The UK SRM lead will play a key role in managing and improving strategic supplier relationships across the digital domain, ensuring that critical technology partners-ranging from UK service providers to large international software vendors-are closely aligned to organisational goals.
You'll work alongside the Group SRM Lead to shape and deliver SRM strategies for key suppliers, set direction for vendor engagement in the UK, and ensure contract managers and internal stakeholders are equipped to get the best out of supplier partnerships. Collaboration across the wider procurement network is essential, including supporting capability uplift and consistency of SRM practices across countries.
What We're Looking For
Experienced SRM or senior procurement professional, ideally MCIPS‑qualified or working towards accreditation
Confident engaging with senior internal stakeholders and external partners up to board level
Able to define and lead SRM strategies across varied IT and digital service categories
Strong understanding of contracts, commercial terms and contract law, with the ability to draft SRM schedules, KPIs, SLAs and performance frameworks
Comfortable managing contracts through their full lifecycle, including renewals and competitive processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and advise
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
A collaborative team player who can mentor others, build positive supplier engagement and support continuous improvement
