The role is onsite at one of Visionist's customers, BEIS (Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) and Department of International Trade (DIT).Description of Role:BEIS and DIT have over 10,500 users to support.Key Responsibilities:2nd line support to 10,500 staff based across LondonProvide the Request catalogue services to the end usersAssist with documenting and maintaining processes and work instructionsResponsible for VIP support across DIT and BEISManage asset management within the Incident process of issuing/receiving equipmentSkills and Experience:Windows 10 and Mac OS expertise in end user supportOffice 365 (thin and fat clients) expertise in end user supportTroubleshooting in Zscaler and Okta is a mustStrong knowledge of audio-visual equipment to support ministerial meeting roomsStrong Service Now experience across Request and Incident Management3+ years of asset management experience within Service NowITIL Foundation Certification is a strong advantageMCSA Windows 10 certification – 70-697 and 70-698Security clearance is a necessary requirement to work with our clients.
