1:1 Teaching Assistant – The Role

You will provide focused 1:1 support for a named pupil with additional learning or behavioural needs. The role involves supporting classroom learning, promoting positive behaviour, and assisting with emotional regulation. You will follow guidance from the class teacher and SENCO, monitor progress, and adapt strategies to meet the pupil’s needs.
